Brentley Hilbren and the America's Got Talent Disaster
Brightness is about whether you can find the hopeful angle in a bad situation. After one of the most public failures imaginable — buzzed off a national TV stage, told he should be ashamed — Brentley Hilbren chose to turn the disaster into marketing material. He put Howie Mandel's brutal quote directly on Fragile Rock's promotional flyers. The slider moved from seeing failure as shameful proof of inadequacy to seeing it as something worth showing off.
