Accessibility is about adjusting the environment so someone can succeed, instead of forcing them to struggle through an unchanged setup. For years, Myra Flynn had been doing Avalon's hair the same way — the same brushes, the same process, the same expectation that Avalon would sit still and endure it. The shift was letting Avalon take ownership of a small section herself, which changed the entire experience from something done to her into something partially hers.
