Volume is about how strongly you project your thoughts and emotions into the world. Angel Raymer had her volume cranked up at in-person markets — her presence, her story, her passion all came through and converted strangers into buyers. But online, her volume was near zero. The website showed objects with minimal context, the about page was blank, and the emotional core of what she was selling was completely silent. The shift she needed was figuring out how to turn that same volume back up through the screen.
