High fit

Brightness controls whether you lean toward the hopeful side of a situation or the dark side. When asked about the high five near the end of his life, Glenn Burke turned the brightness all the way up. He didn't talk about being robbed of credit or forced out of baseball for being gay. He focused on the feeling — 'I had that feeling before everybody else did.' That's someone choosing to look at what the moment gave him, not what was taken from him.
