Tracy Coisier and the Campus Radio Station

High fit

Volume controls how strongly you project your thoughts and emotions into the world. Tracy Coisier had deliberately turned her own volume down — deciding she wasn't someone who could be on air — and planned to stay behind the scenes as a writer. When the station manager walked out, she had no choice but to turn the volume all the way up and speak directly into a live microphone for nine hours. The setting moved from near-zero to full output, not by confidence, but by necessity.
