Time Zone is about meeting people where they are in their journey, not just where you are. Leticia Lehman was a teenager on a routine solo flight who just wanted to sleep. The woman next to her was experiencing the most terrifying thing she had ever done — her first flight, after an 18-hour bus ride, in a country far from home, to attend her daughter's wedding. Leticia initially saw the woman through her own frame: an unwanted talker. After the bite, she started moving toward the woman's frame: someone so genuinely terrified that fear took over her body completely. That shift — from annoyance to empathy — is Time Zone adjusting.
