Location Services is self-awareness - your ability to track where you are mentally, emotionally, and physically. Jennifer Coenhurst had been disconnected from her own body, seeing it as a separate entity that didn't represent her true self. In the sauna, she began tracking all the ways her body had served her - building children, experiencing pleasure, carrying her through life - instead of only focusing on its appearance. This awareness of where she actually was in relationship to her body allowed her to stop the self-hatred.
