Location Services involves tracking where you are mentally and emotionally. Dan Frohlak developed heightened self-awareness during his imprisonment, constantly monitoring his mental state and emotional position. He learned to recognize when negative thoughts were arriving and became skilled at observing his internal landscape rather than being swept away by it.
