Accessibility. Alec was forcing himself to struggle with an impossible workload instead of adjusting his environment to enable success. He shifted from trying to personally handle every aspect of production to recognizing he could change the setup - finding co-manufacturers and potentially taking investment - rather than pushing himself to work harder in an unsustainable way.
