Sync is about alignment between what you feel, say, and do. Rhea Jane's grandmother felt like herself on the inside but was being forced to sound like a machine on the outside — her inner world and outer expression were completely out of sync. VoiceBack was built specifically to close that gap. Rhea Jane's own Sync dial moved too: her personal grief and her technical skills finally pointed in the same direction.
