Sync is about alignment between what you feel, say, and do. For most of Luann de Lesseps's adult life, there was a gap — she felt one thing but was performing another for the show, for her marriages, for her social position. By the time she describes being 'in the driver's seat,' she's describing full alignment: what she wants, what she does, and how she presents herself are finally the same thing.
