Lucy Hale and Getting Sober at 32

High fit

Force Quit is about intentionally stopping a loop that keeps running. For over a decade, Lucy Hale's relationship with alcohol was a loop — periods of sobriety followed by relapse, followed by crisis, followed by sobriety again. The final break was a Force Quit: she stopped feeding the cycle. She didn't taper, negotiate, or find a softer version. She decided the loop was done and quit running it.
