Anti-Alias controls whether you flatten the world into binaries or allow for nuance. Jay Shetty is describing a very binary filter people apply to social situations: either the other person wants to connect with me, or they don't — and I've already decided it's the latter. Anti-Alias turned low means no middle ground, no 'maybe,' no 'I don't know yet.' Turning it up means accepting that the outcome is genuinely unknown and letting it stay that way until real information arrives.
