Nara Smith and Learning to Be Patient With Her Kids

High fit

Parental Controls is about choosing who you are instead of defaulting to how you were raised. Nara Smith named this one directly — her parents weren't patient, and she absorbed that. She didn't want to replicate it. The internal work she was describing was exactly this: actively choosing a different default setting rather than running on the pattern she inherited. Her 'tiny humans' mantra was the tool she installed to interrupt that inherited behavior before it came out.
