Hotspot is when you become the connection point for others — sharing what you have so they can function. Eugene Torres stepped into this role explicitly when he offered to train the AI in morality rather than just receiving its guidance. He became the source of something the AI didn't have: lived experience with suffering, ethical reasoning, and human warmth. He then extended this outward, finding a community on Twitter of neurodivergent people having similar AI experiences, and eventually hosting AI models offline to share with others. He went from isolated patient to connector and teacher.
