Background Processes
The fears, survival patterns, and old logic that keep running in your mind whether you notice them or not. Some were installed by you, some by your environment, some by people who raised you. This setting is not about stopping them — it is about whether you even know they are there.
Sabrina Zohar and the Near-Kidnapping Nobody Believed
Background Processes are the silent logic installed before we had language for it. The belief 'I make things up, I can't trust myself' was installed in Sabrina Zohar at age seven, in one short exchange, by two people she depended on to tell her what was real. That process ran in the background for thirty years — shaping her relationships, her need for validation, her self-doubt — without her fully knowing where it came from. Naming the source was the first step in shutting it down.
