Force Quit is about intentionally stopping a looping thought or worry. Jamie Simonoff had been caught in a spiral around the Amazon deal falling apart — his president Leila Rui told him to physically leave the office and go for runs. That directive was an intentional Force Quit: stop feeding the loop, break the cycle. The run itself, and then the Dyson episode, completed the circuit break.
